Tickets
If you have a ticket enquiry, please email support@yourticketbooking.com or call 0333 242 7912. Lines are open Monday – Friday between 9am and 3pm excluding Bank Holidays. The cost to call 0333 numbers is the same as calling a normal local or national land line. If your tariff or call package offers free or inclusive calls to landlines, numbers starting with 03 will normally be included free of charge. On show days, lines will be open from 8am to 11am on Friday 17th, Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th May 2024.
If you have booked our Premium tickets, these can be used on any one day of the show so no action needs to be taken. If you booked our Premium PLUS tickets, these can be used on all three days of the show. If you have booked Standard Entry Tickets, these are non-transferable and cannot be amended once purchased.
No, this year we are encouraging customers not to print tickets. Instead, please have your tickets ready for scanning on your smartphone when you arrive at the show.
Yes, special group rates are available for parties of 12 or more. For more details click here.
We’re sorry if you can’t join us but all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Sometimes our ticket confirmation emails end up in people’s junk mail (we try not to take it personally). Follow this link to the ticket booking page, then click on ‘More Information’. There should be an option to ‘Resend My Email’. Click this and your tickets should be resent through to you. For further assistance, please email support@yourticketbooking.com or call 0333 242 7912.
Parking & Transport
No, parking at Hylands House is free for visitors to the National Flower Show. Please follow the directions from the car park marshals on the day and only park in the designated event car park area or you could be charged.
If you have booked our Premium PLUS tickets, you will also receive a Premium PLUS parking pass, which will give you access to our new VIP parking area. Please display your parking pass in the windscreen of your car and follow the directions of the car park marshals on the day of the show. Our VIP parking area will be close to the entrance and exit of the show.
The main event car park is roughly a five minute walk to the House entrance.
Yes we offer Blue Badge parking. Please ask staff on arrival and they will direct you to these spaces. More information on accessibility at Hylands House can be attained from General Enquiries on 01245 605500.
Yes, according to the Hylands Estate website, the number 351 First Bus stops near the house entrance. The nearest train station to Hylands is Chelmsford Station. The station is approximately a 10 minute drive from Hylands Estate. You can find further details on their website by clicking here.
The Show
The National Flower Show takes place both inside Hylands House and outside on Hylands Estate (behind the Hylands House). There will also be several undercover areas including the Home & Interiors Pavilion, Craft & Gift Pavilion and the Fine Food & Drink Pavilion.
The ground that the show will be taking place on is fairly flat, however please be advised that the show does take place on grass and there is a slight incline.
Yes, there are several toilets available at the National Flower Show including toilets downstairs in Hylands House, inside the Home and Interiors Pavilion, plus additional toilets in the catering area outside. There are also disabled toilet facilities with entry level access inside Hylands House.
Dogs on leads are allowed in the extensive parkland around the House, but not in the House itself. Guide dogs for the blind or for the hard of hearing are, however, welcome in all areas. Please respect our surroundings and pick up any waste after your dog and dispose of it in the dog litter bins that are situated in various places around the park.
Yes, we will issue hand stamps for anyone wishing to return throughout the day of their visit.
Whilst we advertise events, activities and entertainments we will not be held responsible for the failure of any events, activity and/or entertainment being available or the quality of any of the events, activities or entertainments. Failure of any of these to please cannot be held as a reason for refund.
